The March 30 Movement Calls for Immediate Arrest and Prosecution of COGAT Representatives

​The March 30 Movement, represented by Mr. Haroon Raza, has filed a formal complaint and is calling for the immediate arrest and prosecution of representatives of COGAT (Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories), a unit of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. This urgent action follows multiple documented instances where COGAT has been implicated in severe violations of international law, including the use of starvation as a weapon of war against the civilians of Gaza. Under the directive of Israeli officials such as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, COGAT's actions have resulted in widespread suffering and death among the Palestinian population.

These actions have been recognized and condemned by numerous international bodies, including the United Nations and the International Criminal Court (ICC). Prosecutor Karim Khan has sought arrest warrants for key Israeli figures. The March 30 Movement will persistently advocate for justice, leveraging all available legal avenues to ensure those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity are held accountable.

Outrageously, despite these severe allegations, COGAT representatives have been invited to speak in front of the Dutch Parliament on Wednesday, where they plan to spread genocidal propaganda. The March 30 Movement condemns this invitation in the strongest terms and demands their immediate arrest instead. Allowing such individuals to propagate dangerous and false narratives not only undermines the pursuit of justice but also emboldens those who commit grave human rights violations.

Whether the Dutch authorities act upon this or not, this complaint will serve as a record for history and as a basis for future genocide and aiding and abetting complaints against the guilty and the complicit. The March 30 Movement stands firm in its resolve to expose and challenge the narratives propagated by those who attempt to justify or minimize the severity of these actions. Justice must prevail, and impunity must end.

We will not rest until every individual and entity responsible for these heinous acts against the Palestinian people is brought to justice. The March 30 Movement calls on the international community to support these efforts and to hold steadfast in their condemnation of human rights violations. The pursuit of justice is not just for the victims of these crimes but for the preservation of human dignity and the rule of law.
