This includes the alleged provision of funds and critical resources such as drones, helmets, and bulletproof vests to settlers, constituting a direct violation of Dutch laws, international humanitarian laws and contributing to significant human rights abuses. The complaint, enumerates the accused parties, including Dutch nationals who have voluntarily participated in the conflict as part of the Israeli Defence Forces, "Stichting Sar-El Nederland" for its role in recruiting volunteers for the IDF, The prime minister Rutte and key ministers responsible for overseeing the transfer of weapons and military materials through Dutch territory. Further, the complaint extends to directors of major corporations such as Siemens, Lima Holding, MDN Holding, Philips, Stork, Thales Nederland, Photonis-DEP, Alcatel Nederland, Condor UAV, and Van Halteren Metaal. These entities are accused of facilitating the export of military equipment and technologies to Israel, which, as alleged, have been used in committing war crimes and crimes against humanity. The legal action seeks to hold these parties accountable for their actions or negligence, which purportedly contributed to the perpetration of offenses against civilian populations, contravening international human rights laws and norms.
